Commission Disclosure

As a mutual fund distributor, we are compensated by Asset Management Companies for the schemes we distribute — not by you, directly, for advice.

When you invest through us, the Asset Management Company (AMC) that manages the scheme pays us a distributor commission out of the scheme’s expense ratio. This is standard practice across the mutual fund distribution industry and does not add any separate cost on top of what you invest.

Commission structures — whether trail or upfront, and at what rate — are set by each AMC and vary by scheme. The exact figures for any scheme are disclosed in that scheme’s Scheme Information Document (SID) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI), both freely available from the AMC.

We do not charge investors any fee for mutual fund distribution services. Commission is paid by the respective AMC and is already factored into the scheme's published expense ratio and NAV.
